The Way it Works

When you work me as your private chef  there is no set meal plan. I will curate a menu based on your individual health & wellness regime.  When curating wellness packages for my clients I focus on their current state of health and the desired outcome.  A being a private chef I am a holistic healer practitioner. Healing the body through food and plant medicine. When onboarding the process is easy to get started, and only takes a few minutes of your time.


Menu Curation

Based on our initial consultation, I use my years of culinary expertise to design a custom meal plan for you and/or your family. Any dietary restrictions (low sugar, high protein, vegetarian, etc.) will be considered when designing your menu. Menus change week to week due to seasonality and my personal inspiration. My goal is to meet your needs while exploring global cuisine and incorporating all natural and organic superfoods, that satisfy your palette while taking the clean approach to your favorite dishes. .


Sourcing Quality Ingredients 

My goal is to buy the most wholesome, natural products available. I hand pick only the freshest ingredients to prepare your meals, and whenever possible, I choose whole, organic, and locally-sourced foods.


Meal Preparation

Your customized dishes will be prepared in my kitchen and delivered straight to your doorstep.* Meals are prepared on the day of delivery, to ensure freshness and maximum flavor.



Meals are packaged and labeled with easy-to-follow instructions, so you can quickly and conveniently heat them up on your own time.
